Wow that looked like an amazing spot! It had some really different types of rocks there! They were really different than the type you were used to! And there looked like there was some other types of rocks that maybe you have not looked for in the past but they looked really nice from a distance. And the northern lights were amazing! Being here in Portland, there is nowhere I can go to escape the city lights, and especially being handicapped and unable to drive. Plus I don't have anyone that would even go with me to see the lights. So watching your videos was so amazing to me. Thank you for all you do for this community! You and Alexis totally rock! 💕 🪨

How thin can your machine cut the stones with the darker ones I wonder if a thinner cut might make it a little more translucent so you can see through it and maybe show up more of the highlights and the goodness in the stones😮😮😮😮😮

I think you may have been watching other rockhounds who specialize in cutting rough agates that they've ordered from all over the world, along with what they find locally. Imported agates can be very colorful and beautiful. Theo, I've noticed, almost exclusively hunts and cuts agates, minerals, fossil, pet wood, etc., from his area of Montana. They tend to be less bright, but have a beautiful subtle, natural beauty. I really admire the pride he and Alexis have for their state. I guess you must also, since you've been a fan for a while, too. 😄
