Lol, just imagine these high fliers maybe having few properties, maids and more than 2 cars, above comfortable lifestyles and suddenly lost their job. Xmas and CNY families and friends will gossip and said, hey this guy got terminated and will tell their wives, hey “i heard your husband got sacked” wah their wives sure paiseh. No company will want to employ them for top management posts. Moral of the story, whatever position or post you have, nothing if permanent. Once toppled, you are probably a goner. Maybe you can be a self-employed as taxi driver, PHV driver or food delivery.
