So the guy is "God of Speed", and he's the best, who uses electricity to enhance his powers, then he encounters the girl, who is "God of Slowness", who is taking control of his speed, making him slower and her faster. But he escapes, and finds an electricity tower, then gets shocked by lightning, goes back to the girl, and overwhelms her with speed, then when she gives up, he decides to be at an even amount of slowness and rapidness with her.
