If you ordered the part from us, send an email to [e-mail] and include: - Name - Shipping Address - Phone number - Description of what happened - Photos of broken/damaged product - Proof of purchase with date shown - Quality Control number if you can find one, should be a letter and then a number somewhere on the part. Like C9. We’ll get back to you within a day or two! Dont buy a scooter on Amazon man, go to your local shop or internet scooter shop like The Vault pro scooter or skatepro, it's pretty much better and you'll get stickers ;)

We try to keep our product off Amazon so you probably won't be able to purchase it there but you can definitely reach out to instagram.com/centranodistribution/ which distributes Tilt in Europe and they should have suggestions for local shops. skatepro.com/ and Centrano are very close and should have some Theorem Completes for you to purchase incase there isn't a good option for Germany. To answer your question about the sentry handlebars, yes, the complete will fit Sentry handlebars. The handlebars that come with the Theorem are oversized which means the SCS does not come with a Shim. If you buy Sentry, which are standard size, you will need a 38.1mm Height shim which you can find on our website www.tiltlife.com/collections/small-parts/products/tilt-scs-shim . You can probably find these shims at the shop you buy the sentry handlebars from.

yes brother the complete is amazing as is. just sell the aluminum bars or something and get u some taller steel bars. but a great complete for half the price of separate parts

just be careful of bar width man. I'm 6'5 so I had to get xxl apex bars and they're so damn wide i can't learn barspins because no matter how far back i put myself on the scooter the bars still hit me
