I've had like 6 teacher/professors that have explained binary in a class. For some reason they all either wave their fingers around or just start saying what 001 0010 0100 is in decimal without explaining how you actually get those values. by the 2 minute mark, I've already learned how to mostly do this. Sitting in the seminar I had was the worst experience when trying to learn binary. The teacher is going through the presentation and all he says is "1" or "0" then you have the students working on the problem out loud who are also saying "1" or "0" and there are more than 30 of them all doing that! Then you have me sitting there going "WTF is going on?!" This is much better thank you!

This random guy just showed another random guy that's never seen a binary question in my life I can now convert these binary to denary (decimal) every time now! It took me less then a hr to figure this out steadily (no calculator) and all I knew prior to this was + - x ÷ =..... Now I'm figuring out the actual decimal in the middle of a byte of information. I got this as a process to convert in my school: The Binary Numbering System is the most fundamental numbering system in all digital and computer based systems and binary numbers follow the same set of rules as the decimal numbering system. But unlike the decimal system which uses powers of ten, the binary numbering system works on powers of two giving a binary to decimal conversion from base-2 to base-10. In the decimal number system, the weight of each digit from right to left increases by a factor of 10. In the binary number system, the weight of each digit increases by a factor of 2 as shown. Then the first digit has a weight of 1 ( 20 ), the second digit has a weight of 2 ( 21 ), the third a weight of 4 ( 22 ), the fourth a weight of 8 ( 23 ) and so on. And this guy be like 0:01
