It means Guilford describe operations in 6 elements then content in 5 elements and last product in 6 elements which means 6x5x6 = 180 cells

Cognition refers to the mental process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses. Memory recording is the process of storing information in memory. Memory retention is the ability to keep information stored in memory over time. Divergent production is the ability to generate new ideas or solutions. Convergent production is the ability to find the best solution from a given set of options. Evaluation is the process of making judgments about the value of something.
