Very interesting two points are mentioned here which we need to practice . 1) Present karma will produce our future so we should concentrate on present not in past or future. 2) Look inside and rectify inner self ,our outer behaviour will be changed automatically . In most cases I find Karma is associated with attachment to thoughts and actions. Drop the thought of entitlement and there is no longer a distraction of Karma. Karma continues but there is no longer a concern for Karma. Thank you Guru ji for the clear explanation

Very good teaching, easy to follow. Self assessment is very important. When we correct ourselves, then it is easier to deal with out side world. By sitting at home alone is not the great thing to deal with, if you go out side and deal with different personalities you will know to face the different things. Also it is a challenge to be with people to balance harmony and peace. But some people who want to disturb the minds of other people with their negative thoughts to show their superiority. That means they themselves do not know themselves and what they want. Their minds are messed up and needs self investigation daily. I realized that "Karma" will bounce back and time will teach the lesson too. Karma is like a ball hitting the wall.

Namaste Guru ji. Nice informative video. Karma is not punishment and we must not get scared of it. Karma is a teacher and disciplines us. If we disobey we have to pay a price for it. I also believe that having bad dreams means your past karma is being washed away.
