Agreed! I'd love it if they added some evolution lines for a few of the speculated new ones. Poiple and Naganadel give the potential for it. Going off into tin-foil hat land here: Imagine if Legends games come so far that they introduce a NewGame+ feature and you get like ultra beast starters/alternate sets of starters. I think we're more likely to get new Ultra Beasts from Go or if we're getting a game this year. Although this could play into how the entire game is set in Lumiose is we have a device or legendary capable of time travel (celebi) or dimensional travel (hoopa). The entire game then exists within Lumiose while also having variation in its environment.

Plus I could totally see a Volo styled fight where you face the villain's main 6 team, then they call out Necrozma but you the player can call out Zygarde (Koraidon\Miraidon style) & you (& the villain) can go through the legendary mons' different forms.

I still think paradox invasion is on the table. Why do this game after scarlet and violet? Because the plots could be connected like XY and oras. Perhaps the Time Machine malfunctioned after the professors used them, and they now find themself stuck in Kalos with a machine going haywire releasing paradox Pokémon and angering Zygarde

@@smashbrother2244 The human Professor states their Time Machine locks on to another timeline in the desired time period, it could be that the AI(s) attempt at building one that humans can pass through, leading to a postgame chapter covering Ultra Space.

@@aaronolson6736 that is another possibility as well. They could technically access ultra space under that idea, since it’s just a bunch of separate universes. Also we don’t know for sure if legends is a separate timeline or not. The existence of Inigo could imply it is and that maybe modern day Unova still has a version of him. Same way the looker we meet in ORaS is implied to be the one from platinum, not x and y, as he has no knowledge of mega evolution and no memory.

Yw for this theory idea btw I said it awhile back in a previous video comment section. The only thing missing from it is the idea that ultra beasts take over a character and that’s the main villain boss you fight, like volo level strong.

the concept of protag being an ultra wormhole faller is interesting, but kalos already has a pokémon that can send you through space and time - hoopa. since i can see quasar being secretly nefarious in some way, maybe they’re commanding hoopa and they were like “bring me a strong trainer” and that’s how you end up working with them, they could also use hoopa to transport the legendary cocoon/tree to lumiose, maybe in the catacombs if that ends up happening

I gave my own thoughts about this in one of the emails I sent, about Celesteela possibly being one of the big Pokémon that is against Zygarde. Considering it’s color scheme and shape are very similar to the A in ZA, and also the fact that Pokémon go was releasing a short series, teasing the ultra beasts, invading a city… You see where this can go right? I am 50-50 on this idea though. I see how this can be. A very interesting story on how the legends of Kalos fight these extra dimensional threats, on the other hand, I kind of just want to see what game freak was cooking with X and Y, and really see what they can accomplish with the established story and add onto it with their own themes, instead of tying in Alola. Now that they have an extra year development behind them, I really want to see what they can do with X and Y.

I'm on the fence here, but you are seeming more new to the base idea. I've been saying that everything is connected. The portal made with the link cable in oras... the time machine that never proved time travel in SV... ultra wormholes in USUM... the time space rifts in PLA... I've said that Hisui wasn't just a past Sinnoh, that it was a alternate past... it was an ultra space, that didn't happen in our universe. That the new hisui mon, and ultra beasts are all paradox pokemon like the ones in SV.

How crazy would it be if zygarde and rayquaza are a major plot point as the ultra beasts are becoming a major issue in the games. In the final section looker appears and helps us save the day... for now. Wouldn't it be crazy if he says the battle has just started, and he wonders what will be next in store for us. He pulls something out of his bag and throws it to us. Hey, you look like you could use a vacation. We look at what he threw to us and it is the strange souvenir. Hinting that next game is alola and the story will continue. I wish pokemon could do something like this X'O.

Zyguarde and Necrozma are meant to be opposites. N is Z flipped sideways. They have that color pattern on them either on their stomach or eyes. One is black and green while the other is yellow and white. One is a fast sweeper and the other is a tank. Most importantly, they represent order and chaos while simultaneously representing earth and otherworldly.

What if Zygarde is a Pokémon that goes to protect lands that don’t have legendaries that oversee their own region. Like Zygarde doesn’t show up to Hoenn because Rayquaza watches over but he would show up in Alola because Solgaleo/necrozma/Lunala don’t protect the region from invasive species 🤔

Difference with Alola though is the Tapu's face off against the ultra beasts instead. Technically you could also say Solgaleo / Lunala / Necrozma could classify as ultra beasts since they don't originate from our world.

Another interesting point I never see ANYONE bring up. Technically, there are 2 Lookers in the Mega Timeline- OR- XY/ORAS/SM cannot be in the same timeline- OR- The same Looker, after some event happens. Looker is in the postgame of XY at the detective agency, with all his memories Then another Looker washes up at the Battle Resort in Hoenn, having no memories. Who then makes his way to Alola to assist with Ultra Beasts (and also inadvertently attracts them alongside Anabel) And a way to resolve it being; Looker, post XY postgame, stumbles upon a wormhole *somehow*, and is transported all the way back to Legends ZA. He forgets everything besides the fact that the location looks vaguely familar in a way he cannot describe. Ultra Beasts then attack Kalos, with him assisting alongside the player & zygarde in fighting them back. In the final conflict, Looker falls back through a wormhole, returning to his timeline, at the roughly the same time he left, though in a different place, Hoenn. After recovering from his injuries, he is located by the international police, who discover he is laced with a dangerous energy that they sense gathering in Alola, thus sending him, and another character in a similar situation, Anabel, to investigate in hopes of jogging boths memories.

Another very interesting thing is in ORAS, Looker gives you an Audinite. Mega Audino isnt even available in Kalos. Unless it was. Back when Unova and Kalos had a larger connection. Such as during a Legends game. Food for thought.

​@@betabee1221 iirc the looker from xy/oras/sm is the same looker. with looker somehow falling through a wormhole and beginning his journey in oras. He lost his memories as we know. He then becomes a detective in the kalos region in xy and then we see him again in the alola region revealing he was a faller. The xy events happen after oras events, due to the Mr. Bonding guy being formed in oras.

Perfect Zygarde was in the sun and moon games,so what if Kalos was at war with the alola region? Because according to the Pokedex it's says the UBS are "alien to our world",and the UBS are from somewhere in space (ultra wormhole and ultra space), they're alien pokemon and not from earth or any region like Kalos and alola,but they come from space instead through the wormholes,if Kalos was at war if alola,what if during the war,it was mega evolution/battle bonds vs the UBS? and Perfect Zygarde would have an epic battle vs Ultra Necrozma?(I think Necrozma is kinda like the leader of the other ubs)And it would kinda explain why some pokemon like marowak died,and became a ghost type with alolan forms

I have a huge feeling there isn't going to be a finished Lumi city at the beginning of PLZA. But a mile marker system to unlock by making the lumious city after getting all the pokemon in the area in lumious city that place is now open to build parts of that portion of lumious city. I'm just to shorten it the city is going to be our pokedex from PLA and the pokemon will be easier to tame to make Pokemon work with people that are wanting to coexisting with the people of lumious city that are at the beginning middle center city. We going to take over the wild life of Pokemon and make lumious city to coexist with them like they are in a pokeball city protected and happy. Kinda sounds like a full metal alchemist plot

not disagreeing with the theory. but i dont think the legends arceus mc is a faller. it seems optional to say whether or not you have your memories. probably for role playing purposes. but most of the endgame interactions with volo and more importantly arceus, imply you have your memories/future knowledge

nah introducing ultra beast in Z-A would undermine the eventual sun & moon remake(s) it would make sense to be paradox Pokémon as the problem since both regions are neighbors. mega evolution got carried from X/Y to sun/moon to ultra sun/moon with the ultra-beast so paradox should get carried from S/V to Z-A to the black/white remakes

I'll tell you how it will be. ZA will release as a launch title on the switch 2 with great visuals and performance. A worse version will be on the switch as well.

I think it'll only be on Switch, but the Switch 2 will be backwards compatible and it'll be able to run better there. It can fill in the gap between the Switch 2 announcement and release then act as a showcase for how existing Switch games can run and/or look better on the Switch 2
