Ma'am, no higher authorities are taking theis seriously. When considering layoffs, no higher authorities or owners bear the loss. They are not seeing stability and career path of the employee now days...They are not seeing the career path of any employee only career graph of stakeholders.. however your courses are good enough to understand the motivation theories and other topics
