The one who is appointed by us a private advocate and assists the public prosecutor is called watching advocate who keeps complete watch on the entire proceedings and whenever feels necessary can ask the PP to file certain applications which the complaints wants to be filed on record of the court.

Sir look through the section 301 (2) of cr.p.c as saying of the section any private person instructs a pleader to prosecute any person in any case , and such pleader shall be acted upon such direction of the PP or the APP who shall conduct the prosecution of the such case and the such pleader so instructed with the permission of the court may submit written arguments after the evidence is closed in the case but u told that private lawyer can only participate during the proceedings like sitting , watching or discussing with the PP

Dear sir, Boy has filed falls RCR under sec-9 wife has filed sec-24 hma for her interim maintanance which allowed one year back and Rs 2.5 lac dues on boy till dt. The boy is not complying court orders and judge warned him to dissmiss his case due to none payment. now the question is this the case is running since 3 yr and either the boy withdraw the case or court dissmiss what will happen of due amount of maontananance. Rs. 2.5 lac
