For me Chilwell is perhaps the most overrated player in PL history, can bomb forward and pass or cross, but could NEVER make even simple progressive passes nor defend, even when younger and fit. All Pulisic's runs went for naught, and you see what he's doing for Milan, admittedly in a league that defends more loosely
