I was looking in Nov/Dec and there were a TON of beautiful 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in Calgary for $1500/unber . In Fact, I found a few for $950 lol.... housing is still pretty cheap there in comparison to other areas of Canada . Its great. Too bad I hate big cities.

Depends on the landlord, 12 months is common though.

Thank you! We used Kijiji and RentFaster.ca but when you see an apartment you like there, it’s best to go to their own website as they have their direct contact on there as well and you can call and set a viewing ASAP. Wishing you the best of luck!
