Haunted Finders have done this children home on more than one occasion with great success. It was a children's home..

It opened as a private school from July 2008 until May 2016, before that it was a farm house and then a bnb. It has 1 reported death on the site from the old lady that lived there back in the 1920s I believe. The land has alot of history and is reported to be very haunted 👍

Ok just watched a 3 hour plus video of 30 east drive. And I was going to post a comment, but can't find it in my just watched videos library. Just disappeared. Anyway I just wanted to say that place is way too quiet. A Australian lady was on her own for a while. You would expect to hear the wooden floorboards to creak a bit, especially when the gas boiler is working. No idea if the central heating was on but expect it isn't when dale did a vigil. And he had a thick jacket on. Anyway maybe us humans scare spirits, think about it, if a spirit can see us, they are going to be wondering what your doing there. And wondering if your there to whatever. I remember as a child going in the living room and some people was there I had never seen before and I was very apprehensive thinking they were not suppose to be there. Also I think that lady with the crazy machine is just winging it. Sorry I just get that feeling.
