Really enjoyed this thanks. I used to work here as a young man in the late eighties early nineties up until it closed it was a hospital for elderly mentally ill and was called “Park Hospital”. The orphans used to have an annual reunion at the hospital, some of them were very old. I asked them about the “Naughty boy corridor” as the story was often told back then. All of them said this was not true and that the cupboards were only ever used for storage. Patients did die from time to time but the morgue would never have more than two bodies in and only very briefly. The stuff about the door for people mistakenly being put in there with the handle on the wrong side is, as most probably suspected, nonsense. My first ever day was on E ward and I spotted a sign I’m pretty sure I made. I remember it full and busy and it’s a bit sad to see it like this. So many memories came flooding back when I watched it. Thanks again. PS you were in the wrong places for the ghosts.

Only just watching this now as I’m trying to find haunted locations in Liverpool! This place is literally over the road from where I live. Drive/walk past it all the time, have done since I was little. Often see random lights on in different parts of the building (this was before they started doing the ghost hunt tours). It could have been a caretaker, but it was definitely odd. The lights would flicker, or one would go off and another would go on in a completely different part of the building. My Nan was also committed here when it was a asylum due to depression. So it’s definitely a building I really want to go to! Just don’t think I could afford the £70 they’re charging. Amazing videos btw 👏🏻 I love a level of scepticism, can’t bare watching ones where there’s a bit of dust and automatically it’s an orb 😂 But yeah, I definitely need to go into this place!

I live just on the outside of the park myself, my fiancé got me a ghost hunt ticket and we spent the night here, we used EMF readers, ouija board, human pendulum and I can honestly say it was amazing the spirits and story’s we experienced! (But just going on what you said about the lights it could be possible that it was the caretaker and his wife as they were both there and we met them on that night they have there own room they stay in that nobody told us about I nearly died when I opened the door and she was sitting on the sofa watching the telly🤣) but I would deffo go if I was you

My friend lives two minutes away from here and we went there a couple nights ago, you can’t just walk in as there’s guard dogs and stuff but we walked around it, I kept feeling like I was losing my balance easily and getting creepy vibes and we didn’t even go in the place! A little boy died in one of those cupboards, he was put in there as punishment and was forgotten about and by the time his absence was noticed it was too late . If you decide to return please investigate the basement as it's hyper paranormal !

One way of getting In the grounds without the dogs going beserk 😂

wendy willetts we went there today, there was a guard dog, Japanese Akita, it spotted me straight away 😢 gonna try a different way in next time. we done a difficult way instead of going over the small gate. But We ended up going to denbigh asylum in wales instead

If that locked door in the naughty corridor has a normal shed type lock which it looks like it does its really easy to make a key that'll open it. Basically a skeleton key for sheds.
