Tom Peeks, Hay y'all. Back in 1972 I found myself underwater in debt. I got the bright idea to keep track of my spending, on a hard copy as you do. Very good idea. I still to this day do the same but I use a computer today.

I have done thr budget. I only had so much a day to spend and would calculate at the end of each day, Spend too much one day so I had less to spend the other days. Spend little or nothing 1 day then I had more to spend the other days. It worked out good. 😊 keep up the videos, I really enjoy them.

It’s mostly empty we only use it on long trips for extra supply’s we store things we pick up along the way in there. Our fire pit is in there also.

I was told, and confirmed it with a gas station, that they make more profit from the quick mart than the gas. The margins are much smaller on the gas

Not all Walmarts allow boondocking... At least according to the RV Parky app.

Most allow it it’s the city they are in that prohibited it.

@@Hanginwithherky There are two near me. Both in the same county. The one that _allows_ it is within city limits. The one that _doesn't_ is an unincorporated community, mostly non-residential. I think the only way I will find out is by asking the store manager. I go there frequently, so I will have to remember to do that. 😊

When I got out of the service, my dad flew out to Washington State, and we drove my Chevy Sport Van on a long road trip to his house in New England. The van was set up like a camper. We did nothing _but_ boondock all the way! 😀

I found giving up fast food on the road beneficial for three reasons.#1 the money, much cheaper, and healthier to make a lunch or dinner you’re used to. #2 I try to find rest areas with dog parks. That doesn’t apply to everybody but it’s important to me #3, It’s good to pull over in a rest area or convenient safe spot… Stretch your legs and take a break. I have a cup that I’m just finishing up with stickers, I also like pins. Well, let’s face it, I love souvenirs but I do budget myself to one good souvenir a trip. Heading out west next week for three weeks, so excited.
