Pakistan can reorient it's strategic and geopolitical alliances instead of acting as a go-to lapdog for whenever the US wants a pet. Iran and Pakistan were supposed to sign pipeline deals years ago but never did. Iran spent billions building pipelines to Pakistan's border but Pakistan has sat around. These pipelines can serve Pakistan, Afghanistan and India alike. Pakistan and Afghanistan can earn transit fees. Turkmenistan and Russian gas and oil can also be connected to these pipelines. Pakistan needs to sit down with Iran and Turkiye and plan for a regional shift which would allow for connectivity throughout Central Asia. Afghanistan is no longer in war. Its current level of instability is no worse than Pakistan's, possibly even less. Pakistan may be sanctioned by the US but the goal should be to make the sanctions as least effective as possible, and then the US itself will stop using sanctions to bully snd isolate nations. If Iran falls, then the next immediate targets will be Pakistan and Turkiye. China, Russia and Pakistan's policy of enabling US hegemony from the 2000s to mid-2010s and to a lesser extent thereafter is why there can't be multi-polarity. Pakistan also serves as a lapdog for Gulf Arab monarchies, but today KSA, UAE, Morocco, Jordan, Egypt and Bahrain care more about India than Pakistan, and they're outright enemies or rivals of Palestine, Yemen, Iran, Lebanon, Sudan and Turkiye. The host Western bases, serve as intel hubs, and their entire foreign-policy is to destabilize or control their region via proxy wars and coups. That's how they remain the fastest in the race by breaking everyone else's legs.
@shatnermohanty6678Ай бұрын
@PoppinC-l3w Bro , what do you expect from a country that was created on basis on emotion rather than pragmatism? Only one idea - religion religion religion No plan on how the type of government , type of economy , nothing So many blunders that were overlooked at the time: 1) they took away the Muslim majority provinces . That population , in an undivided India , would have wielded significant effect on the outcomes of elections in India . The ballot box would have been their voice and power 2) the borders of both East and West pakistan are abnormally long for the sizes of the countries . That means they would have to spend significant resources to maintain the borders . For newly independent countries , that is a heavy burden . 3) many pakistani complain that the areas that became pakistan didn't have much industries which is why today the condition of the economy . But industries weren't the criteria for creating pakistan - it was religion . In any case , both East and West pakistan got the most agriculturally fertile areas . Now they want everything - religion+ agriculture+industry There was no IT industry in 1947 . How did India become an IT superpower ?

In your islamic holy book women are a kheti for men to be ploughed the way he wants, she can be beaten, she is half brain, testimony of 2 women is equal to 1 man, she has to bring 4 eye witnesses to prove that she is raped otherwise as per your devine sharia, she will be held guilty and will be stoned to death for zina. You should have stick to the topic of my answer. Instead you unnecessarily tried to bring things not related to my answer. Now forget manusmriti and read your own scripture or else I will provide you with the referrence of what I have said. If you want to debate about religious theology, don't give referrence from Manusruti. Give referrence from veda, upanishsd Or best bhagwat gita (which is concised vedas). Or else I will provide you referrence from your quraan and sahi bukhari Or sahi muslim.and actually I don't want to talk about halala, which is so demeaning to any women.

It’s simple and as an Aussie here it is. Bhutto created a force called the ‘Taliban’. The ISI backed by the US boosted efforts to use the remnants of this force to beat the Russians, then the Afghan Govt in the 90’s. The same group then called ‘Mujahideen’ basically became the Taliban. Post Taliban collapse in 2001, they basically were the guests of the Pakistani government Givernment including the Haqani network, hell Binladen was your guest. You can ask anyone from a homeless man to the President. Pakistan hosted and fostered these terrorists which eventuated to the Collapse of the Afghan Government which was also caused by the US after they just gave up nation building. The next thing to happen, will either be the collapse of the Pakistani Government or the continuation of deaths of thousands of Pakistanis. Open source intelligence shows so many Pakistani soldiers getting slaughtered, quiet sad if you ask me, but there is a saying: a nation that fosters terrorism won’t beat it, they will be toppled by it.. so the Aussie says, good luck! You guys will never have peace, you don’t know what you’ve done.

Afghan Taliban have to be brought under some pressure. It has to be carrot and stick policy with them. Pakistan and other countries should ask Ulemas from around the world to talk some sense into Afghan Taliban. Especially Ulemans from Pakistani Deoband may be able to talk some sense into them. The problem is the old guard led by Mullah Habiatullah their current chief. He is the main issue and few others around him. Sirajjuddin and Mullah Omar's son Mullah Yaqoob are in favor of women education. Finally, China and Pakistan plus neighboring countries should offer recognition and development in return for shunning groups like TTP and others, plus let children both boys and girls go to school and open Universities. They can be talked into becoming a real role model where girls and boys both get educated. Not in coeducation but separately and become Doctors, Engineers and other professionals and take Afghanistan to new heights while still remaining a strictly an Islamic society. It's a difficult task but has to be done, but it would take time.

It should be pointed out to the IEA that you banned visual media in the late-1990s only to allow it years later when it became necessary or too prevelant, so what was the point in banning it in the first place?? Similarly, women's education at the highschool level and for specific subjects at the university level should be allowed for practical and necessary reasons. It should also be pointed out that the Muslim World adopted the printing press on a significant level only in the 1800s and the Quran began mass printing in the 1900s. Muslims were therefore two centuries behind in basic information technology and sharing, and most Muslims didn't even own a Quran before the second half of the 20th century.

"Wo aise nahi hain"--Keep repeating this mantra as Afghanistan continues to slide into barbarism. These so-called pragmatists in Kabul adopt a relatively open attitude because they need Western money.

I find it funny that this man says things like “oh we give scholarships to Afghan women” to make it seem like hey look we’re doing meaningful and shehzad just replies “yeah after we threw back over a million of them.” Something that was repeated multiple times in this podcast in one shape or the other
