This is amazing! I used to work with Jojo and watching him come into work with a spring in his step, and practice his dance moves in the reflection of the walls, microwave and coffee machine.. to see where he is now.. he has been fierce from the go!! Love it!

The onlys one paid are under contract lol. Dancers in general are not paid much considering they dedicate their years to it. But yeah dancers get paid once they get the contract, but during this "audition" no ones paid. But like they say if your picked you get a great reputation which helps for finding more professional work (with artist like chris brown for example), so its a nice way for beginners to get a "resume" or sorts and experience on the stage that will help find more work.

Yes, The dancers that make The Palace Crew are under contract for 1 year and are paid. Opportunity comes from being noticed, winning and referrals.

A fair process, sounded like “fear process” and what it sounded like seems more accurate. I get needing to be on top of your shit busting your ass and a work ethic known by everyone around you to be above average but having already proven yourself without a hiccup to audition again for a place you’ve already proven yourself for...it would be awful to get sick not just for auditions but in general for this dance crew.
