My therory before the episode: Samus is still evil, as she runs away, and encounters Ridley and someone new to the show. Meanwhile, Mega Man can hear the R.O.B. machine in his head, but no-one else can. The others, excluding Mega Man ask Pit what the heck he just did to everyone, sending them to this new world. And while all of that is going on, Mewtwo is trying to escape from Ness's mind, and vice versa. Holy Cow, this comment is long. This is just my two cents.
