You know what I like about this haul? Someone on KZbin that actually buys tissues! I watch so many hauls and have never seen anyone buy tissues. Now maybe it’s my household but we go through so many tissues. 😂I hope you all have a blessed Thanksgiving!

I'm in my late 60's and have not bought tissues. I was raised with hankies and my children as well.. In a bind we use a piece of toilet paper.

With diabetes serve high protien items with starches, prevents sugar spikes. Apples with p.b and cheese slices for example, fried rice with smoked sardines, eggs and beans. Or just steak and half an avocado.

here is my mother bean salad recipe for you - 1 x 500 gram or 1/2lb bag of frozen baby bean - boil water till rolling and add lots of salt put in bean and once it boils again tip out the water and put the beans in cold water with ice to cool straight back down and stop cooking - add finely cut red onion and bacon bit (for those who don't like bacon add feta cheese broken up) - it is often requested when we go to a family function, that and roast veg salad - I brought her the recipies but she claimed them as her own - we often make these recipes the day before and just bring them out - as my mother has gone now my brother often asks for Mums recipies like this - and last year what dressing does she use and it's just a standard balsamic salad dressing (we make our own as it has the oils we prefer to eat not the seed oils)

I don't do food shopping. I can't stand supermarkets. For £7.99 a month, I get as many deliveries over a certain amount as often as I like. That's my shopping picked and delivered into my kitchen. They will substitute but if you don't want it, they take it back and refund

Don't forget gloves and a toque and layers because it is cold here in Canada. A warm long sleeve shirt, a vest, a jacket will easily take you from a vehicle into a building but you won't want to walk far. Took my kids to Disneyland and the clerk at the hotel said you must be Canadian. I said yes, how can you tell? She said you are the only people who want to use the outside pool in the winter! The temperature was 74! That's a great summer temperature for us. Enjoy your trip to Calgary!

You can freeze the corn that you have left over in freezer bags. Jerry, you can buy reusable cup filters for keurig machines and just put your own coffee in it. Yes, Calgary has snow and minus temperatures. Have a great time. Thanks for the haul.

Gee I love going shopping with y'all. Nice Jacket and looks to be warm. Just shopping for one can be expensive. I get Grits, small cups of Oranges as four to a pack to fix for breakfast. I packet of grits, one cup of unsweetened oranges, one pad of butter, dash of nutmeg and cinnamon to taste with a tad bit of water. Stir and put in Microwave for 1.05 minute. It is really good and fast to fix. Just an idea as I came up with it myself. Enjoyed watching and thanks.
