I've just come across you fellas. Nice and calm. East Drive is fab. I don't mean to moan, cos everyone has a different budget, but I couldn't finish due to the noise contamination and squeaks. I'd be keen to watch when that gets sorted. Sorry, to be negative at all. Sensory stuff etc. Looked promising!

Hi, thank you very much for your comment, since this video we have spent a few thousand on equipment and sorted all the issues with aging equipment, we weren't sure weather to release this episode or not because of the audio malfunctioning etc but thought it a waste not to, if you get time and are interested id love for you to watch one of our other episodes so you can see that the failed audio quality etc was actually a one off. Only found this channel few hours ago and i have to say after watching this i can see how genuine you all are yous dont force things to happen and with the paranormal side of things i know that its like russian roulette sometimes you will get loads of activity and other times you might not get any activity at all so thank you for being genuine and thank you for the time and effort you put into this for us i know how frustrating it must be to spend all that time there to get hardly anything i can say for sure i will be binge watching all your videos until ive caught up so its going to take me a while 😅 much love to you all❤👻👻👻👻👻

My opinion that place is well over rated and the story's from next door are aload of GARRBAGE. THE PRAM TELEPORTING NEXT DOOR ....THAT BEYOUND A JOKE IT MAY BE HAUNTED BUT NOT LIKE! ITS!MADE OUT!TO BE .THE CARETAKER NEXT!DOOR CAUGHT FAKE PUSHING A!MABLE OVER THE BANNISSTER U COULD SEE HER HAND PLUS HER FINGERS SHADOW 😂😂😂😂😂
