Very helpful. Which one is best technique 'short steps or long steps'? Or target should be to go faster in certain distance.

Short or long step depend of your muscle quality... in weight Lifting training you can see on power sesssion (about 6 rep) if the skater if more power/speed or power/ strength oriented... then based on his quality you adapt step number to FIT his personal skills

hey Pascal, time ago Kalon Dobbin said in clinic that landing with the front wheel helps at neuro muscular lvl helping to move foota faster. What do you think about that?

Its probably true for some but not for all I think. This is what I prefer personally too but movement patterns doesn’t seems to be the same for all....
