Great channel and super relevant content for what I'm trying to do. I'm starting out with older HW tho. LGA 1150 and Haswell stuff for now. Built my first PC using cheap older parts. I'm an ex auto tech in my '60's and retired and gotta stay busy so I'm learning the PC building stuff and having a blast. Interesting you are not a fan of DeepCool, I have fallen in love with their case designs, I am using their CK560 and it has awesome features and was under $100 for a mid-tower. I also just bought their MATREXX 40 3FS to upgrade my stepdads old boring case. While it is LED and not RGB his older PC doesn't even run ARGB so he can still get a little light show without need a fan controller.

the issue with apex is its forced to run at your monitors refresh rate so apex is a bit hard to test unless you have a high refresh rate monitor or change this issue on steam/ea itself, i've seen gtx 1060's get above 120's so i imagine the gtx 1070 in this build is way more powerful than you may be seeing

Were the games locked at 60fps? The benchmarks made sense except apex legends. I would think this would get at least 120 fps with high settings

The monitor used is only a 1080p 60hrtz so it will limit fps in some games

​@@ThePcRehabI have benchmarked apex with 60hz monitors as well. You have to enable either triple buffering or dynamic vsync to uncap the framerate. Love this series, cheers

Would you recommend building brand new builds and flipping them?

Depends on the market you are in. In some places people will pay high prices for computers so it is possible to sell a pc with all new parts and make some money. But from what I have found most computers that are over $500 have a hard time moving on marketplace and OfferUp. It’s not impossible but it may take time to find a buyer

You should consider the deepcool ch370 case. It is quite nice for the price and even at 50-75$ its a nice budget option. I have used this case several times already in pc flips and happy with it each time.

I have considered using that case, I’m not a huge fan of deepcool so I try and avoid there products if possible

Nice job, I would have dumped that mechanical drive and installed an m.2 drive in it, 1 TB is not to expensive and it would be good to go.

@@ThePcRehab I personally like the green Asus CSM green 💚 corporate boards...yes they don't have fancy heatsinks on everything, but do these things ever die lol, and the new ones come with 3 year warranty out of the box now...going to be my next build for a modern PC, I'm rocking an old school Intel smackover x58, LoL it's awesome though even though it's dated and the BIOS will melt your brain trying to get a stable overclock lol...

Well the original plan was to use the front ARGB fan that cooler comes with but the ram was too tall so I had to scratch it leading to the ability to see the silver cooler fins. If I was able to use the fan it would have given the cooler a more “black” look. So I agree with you

Guys I need answers So basically this guy on offerup agreed to buy my PC for $700 i sold it to him and then when he got home he messaged me saying that the Pc doesn’t display on the monitor. So I told him how to fix it but he said he was already on the way to get money back. I messaged him back saying how I will help fix the problem for him but he declines and said he just want his money back. So i got kinda upset and tell him no I’m not gonna refund if there is no problem with it (I would’ve fully refunded if there had been a problem) He then threaten to call the police on me and said it’s a robbery. At this point i’m just scared so i gave him his money back. After that I boot the Pc right up and it was working fine. Now should I have gave him the money back? Who was right and who was wrong? (I also reseted all of my datas on it too so all the games was gone. Which is why I didn’t want to refund)

I would not not have given him his money back as no crime was committed. In those situations just stay calm and say there are no refunds and offer to walk him through the issue he is having. Some people just don’t know how to operate a gaming pc. I have had multiple people say they are not getting a display but it’s because they try to use the HDMI on the motherboard and not the gpu🤦‍♂️. You never take the product back because he could have switched the gpu out or the cpu because his was broken or something. You don’t know what happened to the pc when it was not in your possession
