I used to have the Galaxy Fit 2 and I could receive WhatsApp notifs (and other apps) on the watch. The notifs need to be enable in the watch settings in the Wearable app.

I think the part where you talk about no WhatsApp, is a bit misleading. I have the Galaxy Fit 3 and you do get notifications from WhatsApp and you can even reply with your presents. But yes, there is no dedicated app to use WhatsApp.

Hi, i want to ask some questions about it. 1. About media controller. Is it work with any kinda of media player app?? Such as Samsung Music, Spotify, or maybe other? 2. About alarm. How is the alarm notification works?? Is it ringing?? Is it vibrating?? Or both?? If it is ringing & vibrating can i set it into ringing only or vibrating only?? 3. I see Redmi watch 4 in other CC video, and i don't know but on that video, the touch screen responsiveness especially when we sweating or wet. When I use the "walk" workout on Fit 3 it records the walk steps but will not add the walk step count to the daily total steps. Instead let the watch auto record your walk steps. This works sometimes but not always. A programming Sync bug Samsung needs to fix.

8:02 no GPS on Fit3!?. Are you sure? Afairk GPS was available on Fit2 allowing to track your run etc. using Fit2 alone i.e. without phone, incl.. showing the route afterwards (after being connected again) in SHealth on phone. This would be a big let down.

5 atm is only for washing hands and for light rain drops

Yes, you can use it. Samsung even says it on their website, it has 5ATM and IPS68 for dust. 5ATM means that it can be 50 meters underwater for 10 minutes, so there should be no problem with taking it to the pool even for a few hours.

Fit 3 is not counting jump ropes count accurately, it counts two jumps as 1, I jumped over 100 ropes but is showed count as only 50

When I first saw this, I was like. What is this. I see it's not gonna be released in the US. I used to have a Samsung gear watch and while I liked it. I didn't like the way the messages worked on the round design. I switched to a fitbit versa, and then I decided that was just a little too big so now I have a charge five. I definitely prefer the rectangular shape. And I think in the future if Samsung came out with a compelling watch in that shape in the US, I might look at it.
