Yes yes yes for dry brushing!! I’ve been doing for 10 plus years and it’s been a game changer for me! I have PCOS and unfortunately break out all over my body with boils. Dry brushing has helped with that immensely! It also makes your skin super soft and helps with cellulite. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve used the dry brush method during set cleanses. I agree the daily affirmations are exceedingly uplifting. Look at the pink budget planner!! 🎉 I have the entire Dave Ramsey kit. I do need to pull it out and take a refresher course, though.

I use a silicone body scrubber cause I have very dry skin cause I work in cold area and paper daily… I would use the brush but worry bout keeping clean….
