The Pit Online Dojo.. The most basic effective punch anyone will naturally throw. If I did teach only one technique to keep kids safe, and bully proof, or teach adults to stay safe on the street it would be the basic right-hand.

Thanks Coach. What comes natural is good with pointers like you mentioned about a proper fist and practice. Even in the UFC a dominant hand punch is a common way to a KO.

I respect you John. But on the streets palm strikes are alot more safe on your hands. I do security in clubs and bars I always use my palm strikes. So easy to break your knuckles ! Much love ❤ and respect !!

Hey John, what do you think about turning the hand over when punching? I think its called corkscrew punch. Like what Fedor Emelianenko does. I think only when straight punching.
