Oooo did the girls end up with the new Little Sleepies Disney print from this year? I thought I spotted it during wakeup (don’t judge me, I love my LS 😂) I was SO torn on this year’s Pixar print! We usually get the Christmas characters print but opted for the black and red fair isle Mickey print they did this year instead!

Prep the night before is such a lifesaver! Question-is that popcorn bucket from this trip or a previous trip? We have popcorn buckets from previous trips and I can never remember if you can bring them back for future trips..if that makes sense 😂

Any tips... we are going on a Disney cruise that leaves out the day before Memorial Day. We want to add park day at Magic kingdom before. So it would be the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. It will be our first time EVER at the parks. I'm partially scared with it being a holiday weekend that it will be miserably crowded. Could we get away with a slower morning? Should we hit it hard and fast? Will we be wondering around like lost pups... any tips would be greatly appreciated.

You could totally do it but just know you are only going to be able to do so much. I also wouldn’t wear yourselves out before embarkation day because it’s a lot itself. Biggest tips would be have your families priorities and look at the park map before your trip to get a lay of the land.

@thepixiedustedmom thank you! I think that's the plan. We are staying on site and I plan on getting the genie plus (or whatever it's called now) and be able to book 3 rides out. Anything else we do will be an added bonus. And just plan to take it in! I also watched your water park day and we plan on trying that also on the day we get there. Thanks for all the good content.

How was the weather first thing in the morning was it chilly?

I'm from South Florida. It can be chilly in the mornings. 65 degrees is COLD. The humidity really makes the difference. 65 degrees can feel like it's in the 50s or lower. It can also be bone chilling and stick to you. If it does warm up to the 70's, it can either still feel chilly or like a heat wave. There is no rhyme or reason. Just layer and keep it moving. The best case scenario is pack layers in your suitcase and decide in the morning what feels appropriate. If you have it in your room, you can always go back and put on/take off clothes. If you didn't pack an extra layer or two, you're going to find yourself freezing or out souvenir money because you had to buy extra jackets.

The crowds are a lot lower in the morning so wait times are less. Some love it and others don’t. Totally up to what your family likes best. You may be a stay until park close family instead.
