Hope to God, Ryan Day does not try to force "tough guy" ball and stubbornly and repeatedly run it up the middle .. just because he wants to prove a tough guy point. Dominate the scoreboard first, then later feel free to force your will if you must. DO NOT .. force your way into their best strength .. their D-line. Dominate with your athletes and play-calling .. not with the unit missing their two best players. Looking up and seeing 45 - 6 at the end of the game .. will look pretty darn tough.

Can we stop with the blowouts are difficult to do in this rivalry? Just since Lloyd Carr retired we have 2008, 2010, 2015, 2018, 2019, & 2022 that were all blowouts. Even before then 2004, 1998, 1994, 1993, 1991 were all blowouts. This game is a special game but it’s not like a 6-6 team always hang with an 11-1 team.

Why throw the deep ball? They don’t need to. They can win without it. Think about how fast we used to score over the past few years and how our defense would suffer from it. With the expanded playoff and the potential to play 17 games, the war of attrition has to be considered. That means we need to win the game in 55 plays versus 75 plays.

To say "Michigan cant throw" is the same as saying you havent watched them play. They absolutely can throw. They just have 1 QB (Davis Warren) who can do it and the rest cant. The 1 QB who can throw is the QB playing Saturday. So, expect them to make some throws. We just gotta shut that sh*t down.
