Austin/Zach: Good recap of the game and season. I have enjoyed these chats all year. Go Bucks!

Proud of this team--coaches and players. Exhausted by "fans" who continue to complain and bring up setbacks during this historic run. Go Bucks!

We learned that in 2015. After the Oregon game some said they would have beaten Alabama and Oregon by more with JT Barrett. Ohio State fans are never happy. It is what it is ha. Go Bucks.

Day SHOULD have shut up all the doubters with that run through the playoffs, if you are an OSU fan and still mad about something IDK what to tell you, that was an unbelievable stretch of games to win it all. His players love him, most of the fan base loves him now, he answered all the doubters, look at the play on the field, it was masterful!

They just won a national title just over 48 hours ago, and there are people bitching about ... what? My God, I can be negative, but some of you people need an enema.

Excellent points by Zach regarding NIL’s slippery slope and how well Day & OSU navigated the same…

Congrats to Ryan Day and family. Anyone that gives someone a death is just ignorant period. So proud and happy for this team. I have said for years I love the character of the players they have brought in. Listen to our guys compared to other schools. Even look at their GPA’s. You don’t have to have people with shank abilities as you guys say sometimes. Good god fearing people can pull together like no one else.

The so called fans who send these death threats are far worse than just ignorant, there criminals in my mind. This is also not something new. Ryan Hamby dropped a pass in the endzone in the 2005 Texas game with Vince Young and news reported the following days that he recieved death threats. You would think with the technology we have there would be a way to find these so called fans and prosocute them to the fullest extent of the law. How pathetic of a low life scumbag do you have to be to even think about threatening anyone like that over football?

Thanks guys for the great coverage all year. I have been an Ohio State fan since the 60's when Woody Hayes, Archie Griffin and Rex Kern defined football for me. And through the years and the many highs and lows I can honestly say I have never been happier for the school, the players, and coach Day. Let's enjoy this for as long as we can and remember it when the hard times come. Love Buckeye nation. Go Bucks!

Seriously, I doubt that anyone is going to give details about the post-Michigan meeting. Generalities, maybe.

Ryan Day has had to learn his craft under a microscope with the added pressure of enormous expectations by the fanbase driven by all the coverage that live and die with the Buckeyes success. Perfection is the expectation based on the tradition and talent pool at OSU so when unmet the letdown is outsized. RD has had to manage all this and the cheating not to mention the portal and NIL. A few bounces and calls would have propelled him higher rather than weigh him down. To forge his success in the caldron of such public scrutiny has conditioned him to hooefully keep the program at the highest level for some time. Adversity can be a great teacher and the Buckeyes used it to leave no doubt.

The next talking stuff that needs to come out, like now, needs to include several 2026 o lineman recruits such as Sam Greer, Maxwell Riley, Adam gutherie, Micah smith, Darius gray, da’ron parks

Loved when Saban shut him down when he started with the prior to winning the nattie that if OSU did go on to win the mich loss would make the nattie not as special and Saban spoke up and said nobody remembers Auburn (rival) when they beat Bama and Bama went on to win it all.

Why in the hell would he tell the media anything about the media. None of your business

Those who believe Day should be fired now and also wanted it in prior years, if your one of those do you believe that michigan cheated with stallions and signgate? I asked this question of a couple friends who are on the fire Day bandwagon and both said that they absolutely believe that they cheated for those first three wins vs OSU so I followed up with then why blame Day for those losses?? This year absolutely blame him, but why the venom for the other 3?? Niether could really answer..but they still blame him anyways.

Zach……Ryan Day created the chaos, set the fires and propagated the anxiety! It’s a bit funny the accolades he gets for doing his job and putting them out.

He couldn’t see or figure out for YEARS => that Jim Knowles and Larry Johnson weren’t on the same page. Who hires staff and has the responsibility to get them on the same page ? Isn’t Ryan Day paid $10 million to do this ? How is it that you can’t SEE this negligence even in hindsight ? Who is responsible for the Offensive Game Plan, Scheme and In game Adjustments ? Who’s plan do you think it was against TTUN? I’m curious => do you know what a forest is ? Have you ever seen trees ? Do you need to be hit over the head with a 2 x 4 to figure this out ?
