Nah I almost filed for bankruptcy because I had those same type of starter cards but had too many than once I couldn't pay the minimum payment my shit accumulated doubled and tripled because of high interest rates. You only need 1 of those cards pay 6 months straight then apply for a Cap One. Never increase those cards credit limit they too high to begin with. I got 10 heavy hitters over 300k in credit plus credit lines with a 795 credit score. It makes life a whole lot easier knowing you dont need no co signer. I got a business with more credit than that because they give higher credit limits. The key is only use the cards for business dont buy cars for personal buy under your business so it can be written off. I just live within my means and stay under 25% utilization.

DOBT EVER MAX OUT CARDS !!! Never use more than 30% of your credit line. You’ll move up the credit ladder fast thank me later. Worst you can do is have high balances and pay low. Get a secured card with capital one. Your bankruptcy has nothing to die with Capital Obe unless you closed a card with them within your bankruptcy. I know people on their 2nd mortgage after a bankruptcy and foreclosure .

Got my first Navy Federal Credit Union credit card with a $500 credit limit in 1987. I'm at the Naval Hospital in Philadelphia, I'm 20 and ready lay down every girl I talked to. ALL I did was rent the 1987 Black Sterling. I'm sure you remember the Sterling. Ran that card into the ground. 38 years later.....still ain't paid that bill, but I just got an American Airlines credit card with a $4000 credit limit. Go figure. But I'm better at 57 than 20 managing credit.
