I remember when Fridays was the only hotel/resort on Station 1. Station 2 is in the center of the white beach. I first came to Boracay in 1986. Electricity was intermittent. There was no street lights but they have tiki torch lights. Talipapa was like the central point of the beach. Tourist were drop off in front of the white beach to your hotel accommodation via Boat Station, so that is why it has Station 1 & 2. Station 3 and 0 were established later.
