Hey, I've followed your channel for many years, don't think I have ever commented but just want to say you have single-handedly inspire most of the drawings that I did in the last 10 years

Victor, would you please describe what you "see" when you begin a drawing? What catches your attention first, next, etc., and why is that? Not an artist, but I'd like to understand how this is done. Your portraits are incredible.
@ThePortraitArt3 жыл бұрын
sure, i can talk about that next time i draw.

What a fabulous suggestion! I’m also curious to know what you see and capture your attention to begin a drawing Victor. I love your art!

Wow! Its so good to see your drawing video after like 3 months.. I will be very happy if that pencil is available in India.
@jsp13243 жыл бұрын
What a cool design. It seems the "pencil" sharpens itself through use.
@ThePortraitArt3 жыл бұрын
well it's basically a kind of compressed charcoal stick so you can sharpen it but it also has weird edges and so on after a drawing. The concept is not new, but this particular softness level is unique to my design.

Get some sleep bro! =) I know the feeling not sleeping for this long and it does not feel good Also, amazing drawing! o.O How long did this take? Not sure I can even do this level of sketching but I feel like it might take me an accumulative 24-48 hours [if I followed a video like yours]
@ThePortraitArt3 жыл бұрын
24 to 48 hours you are less drawing, then rendering a picture pixel by pixel. Not the most efficient way to use your time unless you have a super passion for hyperrealism.

forgot to answer your question as I go through some old comments. This one took me about 1 hour and 20min
