I LOVE that kitchen/island/cabinet you made. Wish I had one and were as handy as you! You can do anything with your skills, including rebuilding an entire town. Super, man! If we all had these skills to re-use discarded materials, upgrading them, there would be so much more room on our planet which is being buried underneath mountains of garbage. Yes, bureaucracy is damn time consuming no matter which country!

You know what, once the walls and the floor are ready, glass walls around your veranda would be mighty nice connecting the different parts of the house like indoors with sort of a winter garden.

@@GM-cq6ez Only with the sun Portugal is very hot. Once the sun is gone, night or clouds, it gets fairly cold. Earthships are being built in the Arizona desert with such a layout, but they have a ventilation concept and thermal mass.

Old Door Island is pretty cool. =) I strongly suggest adding a cross brace &/or some brackets under each end of the shelf. Just screws into end grain of those old doors aren't going to hold the kind of weight you'll be putting on there. (And you can use more scrap wood!)

you can`t use a level to put shelves in , as you just found out you need to measure and be correct in the measure ments also put a bracket under each corner to give it weight bearing strength .

Well done Jasper your subs are going up and your content is containing much more of doing and getting done as I understand your comments were people moaning about, thought you were Dan here today if you know who I am talking about. I don't worry about getting job done quickly but it seems that people like this. I have also noticed your filming has changed speeding up frames e.c.t, It is good to go with Sat/Sun as other channels have the weekend off who do daily's and hopefully you can pick up a lot of viewers.
