I'm reading Dr. Joe Dispenza's book Becoming Supernatural. (Amazing book btw) In it, he talks about heart-brain coherence, and he also talks about HRV. I have been struggling to get a good HRV for about a year now. I have been in a real state of lack, having health issues, relationship issues, etc. My diet isn't great and I'm overweight, but I still exercise. I decided to start meditating and walking more, and really focusing on my energy and my beliefs, etc. Let me just say that I meditated to this track for 1 hour on Saturday night, and 20 minutes last (Sunday) night. On Saturday, my HRV (as per my Fitbit) jumped from my average of 24, to 34!! And I checked my HRV today...and last night it got to an all time high of 51!!!!!! I am stunned and so so so happy! I will be meditating to this track every single day from now on!! Thank you so much!!!! Great things are ahead for me, and I'm sending blessings to the creator of this track as well!!!!! ❤❤❤

I feel like this is the most most most important frequency to manifest anything in life. Before using this when I use any manifestation techniques like visualization, scripting etc it never felt real. It was so difficult to Let go. Yesterday I saw a video in which the person was saying that the heart plays major role in manifesting and it needs to get unblocked at any cost. I started to listen this frequency from yesterday and I can feel vibrations in my heart. If I close my eyes and keep my focus on heart then the vibrations increases gradually. Actually. Yes. Your heart is the only instrument you need to manifest. It needs to feed the brain with visualisation and not the other way around. Also, what most people got wrong it is need the feeling of loving something or having a desire for but a feeling of gratitude for all that is which is connected to you and the gratitude for having what you have to which your sharing purpose gets amplified by that you desire. If you communicate, do it from the heart and not by words nor by pictures from the mind❤

I could “ wax poetic “ at great length about this audio, however I’ll get straight to the point. I’m not of the opinion that every person is tuned to the same universal wavelength. I do believe that there is a fundamental difference at our most inner core. That deep place in ourselves ( perhaps our soul) is where we need healing and rest. I'm not exactly sure when the heart and brain shifted or which shifted first, but I almost immediately felt at peace in a way that I have not felt in a very long time or if ever. I fell asleep to this, and I had a very vivid dream about my housemate and former ex. It was pretty traumatic and had to do with his lack of empathy. The message I got was "this person is no good for you, and you're not good for him". I'm trying to manifest out of these living circumstances with him. Then I woke up having a coughing fit like crazy. I've had a mild cold, but it was like I coughed up metaphorical demons out of my lungs. I used to vape, and it was like my lungs had been cleared. I was also having a mild headache, neck pain, but upon awakening, I coughed everything out and I felt so much better. I truly believe this sound is healing to the mind and body. Amazing! Tonight is my first time experiencing your music or soundscape, I'm not sure what to call it. I can say that I felt transported to a different plane; a higher state of consciousness if you will. After about 10 minutes, I immediately started repeating self empowering meditations. I felt several different emotions in phases, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
