Good morning dear Manoj bro - Yet another unique Vlog because based on the description of the preparation of the Chaat by Mr Karuppiah , looks complete different from an authentic Chaat . While he was talking to you , his focus was also on the preparation. Kudos to him for his dexterity in making those dishes so well and in a drool-worthy manner . Being a Mumbaikar I love Chaats . But this eateries style of preparation and presentation is unique . Again a must visit for me for sure . Now that’s a wonderful feast on the table . Starting with the piping hot , decadent yet delectable Gulab Jamun . Thanks to Geeta Mam for her candid review 👍 The Bhel Puri looked a bit soggy for me . Not sure what you meant by Kuzhambu in a Bhel Puri . Do you mean it was like a Ragada that they incorporated or was it some kind of chutney that they used . Would be good to hear from you . The preparation of the button mushroom 🍄 itself was super yummy. Glad that you enjoyed the spicy fried Mushroom Chaat . Worth the price of Rs 40 for this dish . The Dahi Chaat is also unique and different from what we have in Mumbai or Delhi. The samosa ( Channa masala based ) Chaat with the Ragada / masala is mouth watering 😋😋 Thanks to dissect the plain Samosa for the benefit of your viewers 🙏 The masala Pani Puri is next level boss . I felt that the Mushroom chilli was slightly overpriced. Yes finally Rishi speaks and gives his passionate and candid review of the Indo-Chinese noodles.
