The land was acquired through notification and then was denotified when sidda was DCM in 1998. After the denotification, the order copy wasn't given to MUDA in time. Since MUDA didnt receive the order copy in time, it acquired the land as per initial notification in 2001. You are aging and should give up KZbin video making.

Sir, your elucidation of the case and its details do not cover some very important developments in relation to the 3.16 acres, that had taken place before that piece was bought by Malkikaarujuniah. The judgement gives detailed account of these, supported by documents provided during the hearings. These have not been disputed.. let us forget for a while the alleged role, if any, of Sddaraamiah and focus on the role of MUDA. Then, one will realise the handiwork of the concerned in so far as 3.16 acres of land scam goes. And, at least, this aspect should be investigated. Why Siddaraamiah gets involved is examined by the Hon'ble Judge in the judgement.

Sitaramaiya is so honest that BJP is finding only one land issue(of just 8 crores) which was at best acquired/developed by influencing to bend rules. And the Land compensation is done not only for politicians only. That is done for many non influential people too. Any MLA is getting more than 5 times of this money for voting for Rajya Sabha.
