I think that an athlete is anyone who can put in the hardwork, time, and have to perform in ways most normal average person can't do is what makes a true sportsman. Also riding horses isn't just sitting on top of a horse. One has to have strong legs and core plus balance. U would know what it feels like after riding a horse for hours and how sore ur body feels afterwards. They also have to be able to have trust between the person and horse as well.

"Makes a mockery of her sport?" It should never be a sport at all, and it's supposed to be about fun and self-expression. So, what works for you might not work for everyone else, the things you like aren't the same things and the same standards everyone else holds.

There's a great article on one of Australia's news sites that explains that the federation in charge of selecting the breakers is the World DanceSport Federation, a group aligned to BALLROOM DANCING. The organizers of actual break dancing competitions around the world for decades had no part in the selection process. And who was one of the people who organized Oceania's Olympic qualifier? Raygun herself. There's just no way that Raygun represented the best that Australia had to offer. And while I never condone the kind of hate campaigns that regularly happen on the internet these days, Raygun did a real disservice to breakers, especially the talented ones in Australia. If she really cared to get Australia's best, she would've reached out to the right people instead of using this as an opportunity to call herself an Olympian.
