Hi there, love your Norway series , I am Norwegian myself! :D Just a tip, if you return here: Most water in streams in Norway will be safe to drink, but there are some smart rules to follow. Don't fill your bottle at a place like you did, grime and dirt can collect there where it's shallow and so close to the rocks, try to find a steeper point, and a deeper point to refill your bottle, you might need to follow the stream for a little. It's especially smart to do this with streams flowing down from the mountains,as those are almost guaranteed to be fresher. I've done this myself a few times when hiking, and never gotten sick. :) And of course, if you buy a bottle of water, keep the bottle, you will not have to buy water again, just refill them at the sink in a restroom for example, or any suitable tap you find, it will be safe to drink.
