Indian laws are soo weak in terms of these kind of cases if their strong these political leader are enough to destroy itt.. I believe those kids were also escaped by this only

School are created to teach children about society, literally no school staff takes any responsibility when a child is being bullied until the victim of bullying decides to fight back. And then the victim is expelled for retaliating. A victim is not expected to fight back if they're bullied, the authorities themselves get involved in bullying the victim rather than take action against the bullies. Just like real life adult society we all live in.

This doesn't only happen in Government Schools. Belonging to a middle class , my parents were still able to send me to Good Prestigious school. But Me and my friends were often bullied by Rich Kids. Even after continuous complaining it never stropped , because these children had their parents support. I even witnessed students creating scene outside teacher home. One of my Senior even beat a students father in school because he unintentionally collided with him. And to everyone's surprise the no strict action were taken against my senior. However these were case about 10 years ago , I hope the situation might be better now.

I went to a upper middle- rich school in mumbai (vibgyor high goregaon if ur curious) and never in my life have i seen such tragedy, at most it was a couple of giggles if someone slipped. But throughout my school times, i have never seen any sort of targeting. Oh btw we had constant anti bullying things and teachers would constantly encourage telling them so that strict action was taken for the bully

My child is 2yr old am so petrified to send him to school in next 2year , sometimes we raise our child so kindly that we get so afraid to send this pure soul to this cruel world. I am planning for home schooling but than people says he will lack in social communication. But if schools are so irresponsible it will be ok if my child lack a social communication. True. We had that too. In Germany and in European countries, they have Ethics which is similar to Moral Science. Such a subject should be compulsory in all schools. Nowadays in India, schools and parents are in rush to teach the kids only better Math and Science and give them tuitions in these to make them engineers and doctors. As if their life goal is only to be good in these and learn nothing else.

I have personally witnessed at the Kashmiri Gate area in Delhi that male students from the government schools fighting on busy road, abusing each other's and using shockingly filthy language against the girls in the presence of the hundred of adults present there. First of all random marriages and production of kids should stop. Anybody and everybody gets married and produces kids. Marriage and kids are not for everyone. There are some prerequisites for a successful family - attention, genetics, time, money, love, disciplining. In a country like India people start families even without those. This horrible incident reminded me of the Ryan International incident where a senior had killed 7 yo Pradyuman Thakur for no fault of his. Recently a Bengaluru based lady Ms Suchana Seth killed her own 4 yo son by strangulation. These are hints that the society is reeling under pressure and some sort of entropy. When there is no criteria for becoming parent - the kids get neglected or are without right ecosystem to develop good habits.Thats where such incidents happen. In this case the boys who hit him have not been disciplined and most of the school staff appear to be lax.
