Good stuff, here! I completed the game a few days ago and there are a few surprises. One of them is "The Dream Battle". It becomes accessible after maxing out the Peace level of all regions in the game. I won't spoil it, but I will say, you will fight Lu Bu, again. This battle is fun and intense. Cheers!

I can't afford a ps5 or a gaming pc so this is as close as I'm going to get. This brings back memories of being able to play the old dynasty warriors series from my childhood on a PlayStation I got for my birthday. I agree with you this is the best iteration of DW it's ever been. They succeeded jn keeping the nostalgia and really giving the characters depth, plus the battle system and World building is just *chef's kiss perfecto. I hope you keep this going

If you take the small side bases during the battle, they provide extra troops I believe. That's how I got through some of the harder battles in the beginning. Plus, riding through bases you already have, will raise moral I think too. Also, that was a cheap trick the Dev's played at 3:01:45 to make us "lose" to Cao Cao even though we were grinding them to dust.

Lu bu,well luie bu cos of the mandarin language lol,but lu bu lol, he is my favorite character even back in the day when you couldn't even fight as him, just against him,he was my favorite,it's not how powerful he is that sells me on him his actual story his upbringing his origin story,and what he has done over the storys, he is the main character😂, then that game they release and you could play as him,I played that game till my game station gave out lol 😂
