I told my previous employer I would not get it. The boss jumped out of his chair, and the VP yelled at me. You would not believe the reaction I got out of them. I remained calm, so calm, and being a young guy it was extremely distressing. I thank God every day I didn’t take it. Thank you GOD and thankful for my FAMILY!

A previous employer threatened to fire people that didn't take it, and they said it was because of OSHA's mandate. Strange enough, they didn't announce this to us until the Supreme Court was debating the legality of the OSHA mandate. I told them at work they shouldn't threaten to fire people when it's not even clear if it's legal. The entire workplace turned against me and made my life hell at work. After a few days, the Supreme Court ruled it was illegal. I quit my job anyway since they showed me their true colors. I knew I would be targeted from that point forward anyway, so I left. Two weeks later, I got a much better job and am still there after 2.5 years....I thank God as well for giving me the backbone to stand up for what I know is right.

My mom is a nurse and was working at a nursing home that was already short staffed around the time they started the mandates. They told her she would be terminated if she refused the vaccine so she went and got another nursing job. Less then 30 days later they called her asking if she could just come back and fill out a religious exemption form instead. She was like no thanks, I'm good.

Lost my job October 13th 2021. I was a licensed social worker. My salary was $60k and I was the only licensed social worker in my unit which I renewed during the pandemic. Now I’m making $16 an hour 😩 at a retail store. I’ve always had great work ethic so I’ll be fine but this was not necessary. 🙏🏾 I pray I land a remote job soon.

I am facing a similar situation. It’s scary but we must fight back by standing strong and refusing to be forced to be injected in order to keep our jobs. Each time someone gives in, it makes it harder for those of us who are still standing our ground. Have faith that our Lord will provide (another job, resources, etc.). Reach out to others. Then I would try to find an attorney because the EEOC from my understanding outlines the reason jobs can medically necessitate you to do something. It’s either to protect you or protect those around you. Well at this moment it seems the vaccine is not really protecting those around you and it’s leaning towards not really protecting you. I think all the stuff done in the dark here will come roaring to light and if you get a good enough case that you can prove the vaccine isn’t effective in satisfying the goals of medical necessities to protect anything I would think you could win sometime down the road so long as you don’t leave voluntarily.

Think of the money you all can make being genuine. These hospitals are corrupt and working in conjunction with the big pharmacy. So, what ends up happening is that you end up terminated with an uphill climb for unemployment and when a new employer checks you out the fact that you sued your former employer pops up. You end up being placed in a very tight spot. It is frankly amazing that the first inclination of so many individuals is to talk about suing. Lawsuits are expensive and it is far better to take steps to avoid getting into that situation.

I as a nurse, would rather die than give another human a disease that could destroy their health of heaven forbid cause death. I worked in a dialysis unit. Quite easy to get blood born diseases. I have had at least 30 vaccines to protect my patients from me either giving them something that would cause them illness or death. Most people going into hospitals have weak or nonexistent immune systems. Cancer patients, dialysis patients, fragile elderly and the many with autoimmune diseases are susceptible to any disease. Thats is why they depend on the rest of us to protect them from diseases circulating in our population. I will say you may look differently at the next nurse or doctor you are exposed to. What may you get?

That’s not how any of that works. Courts have ruled that the fact that the vaccine has emergency approval for healthy people is proof of its efficacy and safety, so, a scary title to expediate a bureaucratic process doesn’t prevent hospitals from mandating vaccines. The only thing that matters is if the hospital has a reasonable justification for requiring vaccines as a term of employment. All a hospital needs to show to a court is that vaccinated nurses are better equipped to do their jobs and take care of sick people. Because unvaccinated nurses can spread a disease that can be very dangerous for vulnerable people, It’s almost like being vaccinated allows a nurse to take better care of sick people than nurses without a vaccine. And courts have repeatedly ruled in favor of hospital vaccine mandates. It’s really just common sense

My sister works at a hospital in Arizona, and they are starting to hire and outsource international nurses from SE Asia. So the healthcare profession maybe over for American citizens that don’t want the vaccine. The international nurses apparently want the vaccine and higher pay (which is probably less than the US citizens make)

I thought, by law, a persons medical records are protected. So how does an employer know who has the vaccine and who does not? Someone please enlighten me.

They can surmize it if you don't show your vaccine records. Also yes, your employer is allowed to know if your vaccinated or not. That's not illegal.

Your employer can ask you to sign a consent form that allows them to check your vaccination status.

It no different than children being required to get vaccinated against devastating diseases such as polio and tetanus before they are allowed to enter schools. There is no law to my knowledge that prevents this.

@@jwanders10 Except that those were actually devastating diseases. Median age of death (median - not average) is 85+, with usually TWO existing comorbidities. That's higher than average life expectancy. No excess deaths in 2020. More people died in 2019. This whole thing was a money grab.

Hospitals require a lot of vaccines. My husband was in IT at a hospital in 2009 and was required to have certain vaccinations
