CBI informed SC that the crime scene was altered. No evidence is available. Why should the CBI continue the investigation without any evidence? CBI will not succeed in the court without evidence like the same methodology was adopted in 2022 ( rape, murder, and burning of the body, ) and the accused was acquitted by HC Kolkata. This case will also not succeed without evidence in the court. In SC, CBI informed that the girl was alive till 3 am. How can a criminal stay near a dead body till 4.30 am? The dead body was lying there till 7 pm from 4 am. Parents were denied access. Then shifted for postmortem after 7.30 pm. Cremated at 8:30 pm. FIR filed at 11.45 pm There is more than 1 entry to the seminar hall. CVTV footage of 1 criminal entering the hall is not evidence of rape and murder. Everything is destroyed. Mamta ji has WON already Without evidence, even 1 person will be acquitted the same methodology adopted for 2022 rape murder and burning of the body, accused was acquitted by HCKolkolttaa Can anyone believe that Chief Minister, 11 women MPs of TMC and 29 women MLA of TMC, DGP Principal and entire hospital, state government will support a single criminal? Is the single criminal so powerful? CBI can do nothing. 7000 people destroyed hospital. Post mortem done in same hospital by chosen doctors. Dead body was cremated hurriedly. Lateron FIR filed . Parents were informed first that girl was unwell. Then told, she committed suicide, Dead body was not handed over for Pooja rituals, but drove straight to govt crematorium CBI is helpless. Even 1 criminal will be acquitted. There is no evidence against him. Postmortem report from same hospital, by select doctors have many defects, made deliberately. Dead body was cremated before FIR or police investigation of the body or site Mamata Banerjee has WON already.

Being a former resident doctor in govt hospital..i can totally relate to the toilet isssue ...i used to control and avoid going to the toilets in hospital. Due to the unhygienic toilets i actually had a UTI( URINARY TRACT INFECTION INFECTION) Many a times..same is the condition with restroom in night duties...and on the top of that ..the senior doctors too..doesnt give a damn about it

That was a pre planned murder inside the hospital,,, many big names are involved in this case,,, safety is a issue I know, but in this case the girl somehow know about some internal racket which is smoothly going on day by day by the principal and some interns of that hospital,, and that's why she is no more,,,, and more exciting news is that state CM and police declared that incident as a suicide just to protect themselves and to protect that racket,,, 🤬😭🤬

The issue is much bigger than the already known pathetic condition of the Government hospitals. In this case the "mayor" (reference to the similar case in USA) , is complicit, the entire administration including its apparatus such as police, etc. are now an organized crime gang. The situation is worst than Lallu's jungle raj. Dig deeper and you will see many major corruption cases are berried indefinitely at different layers of our justice system. There were even very serious allegations against sitting HC judges by another sitting judge and nothing happened. This incident is just one of the ugly manifestations of the all pervasive rot.

@TRS Clips - Lets have few things clear about what has happened at RG Kar or can probably happen at any hospital in Bengal. All the hospitals are virtually run by some party folks there are many outsiders who don't have any clearance in the hospital, but they can go wherever they want and whenever they want, that needs to change. Our protests are for justice and against the system who tried to make it as suicide and then tried to hide the evidence. Few years back 2019 there was a similar protest for the security of Dr. and Nurses in Bengal but once that protest was called off see still no security is provided. Law can be passed but to fulfill that law local government, administration needs to be honest enough. By the way our CM is the health minister and home minister, so in that capacity she should take the responsibility.

I have respect for what you say but you are missing a grave point. Don't consider it as a political angle but I don't think there will be justice in the matter which scares me more. How renovation work was done on the room next to the crime scene, a mob of thousands destroyed the hospital, people getting threats on speaking up etc. The situation in WB is just pathetic and gundaraj is going on. The insensitivity to handling the situation is just beyond imagination. With gundaraj promoted by the government whatever you do, implement the NY model but nothing really would happen. To enhance safety, I suggest implementing separate facilities for women on night shifts and installing SOS alarms in every work place(in both medium or high range).Schools should conduct frequent screening camps to detect harassment symptoms. Shameful incident, ....goes beyond human thought....we need stringent laws for heinous crimes as a deterrent, we need protection for women, adequate rest rooms, regulated working hours... hope the government will do something.
