When I was doing ma baghala mukhi ka upasana. I used to hear different different types of voices from the people's inner mind. Seriously it used to tell me that what's gonna happen and what happened. Like it used to read my mind and I used to hear the voices of my enemies abusing me. I thought these things are coming true and they're literally reading my mind. And I fought with them and I was badly beaten up. Even when I visited temples I used to hear that voice and to my surprise I used to feel the vibrations in deity's idol and can say how much powerful it is. After some time that kinda felt like complete trap and when I visited a famous local guru. He gave a spelled coconut and asked me to place it beneath my head for 21 days in the night and sleep. So literally after 21 days The voices in my head started reducing. He told me that I should do hanuman chalisa. And by the grace of divine lord Hanuman i felt that exuberance and those voices are completely inaudible now

What if you are new to upasana (in my case batuka bhairava), after hearing and learning about him I had tears (didn't knew about him before but after finding about him it gave me chills like those you feel during meditating) and when I started his upsana and meditated while chanting his name, I felt a light filling my eyes and shivvers in my whole body.
