The best teacher ever, may God bless you with good health.... your efforts cannot be unnoticed....I am preparing for BPSC-PGT exam, but in intermediate i had account-Subjec, and I never studied the book of psychology of class 11th & 12th, just after 10 days I am having my exam, and I needed to complete all 18 topics within 10days(11th+12th), then the best thing i found in You tube that's your complete chapter revision-video of all the topics...I have been going through the all topics one on one....in such a certain time period your one short video is too too helpful.... thanks for your patience and keep covering all the topics in one short video....as it's quite difficult for working people to go through the entire topic-wise video.

Mam , when all these problems can be treated by yoga then why do we still need therapies? If people will do yoga then I think therapy requirment will not be at high level .
