A whole bunch of Falling in Reverse songs deal with mental health. This one is the HARDEST of all of their songs. Most are a mix of rap, hip-hop, and rock. He also does some slower songs and sings beautifully. Watch the World Burn, Ronald, and Prequel are all related videos. They were released in that order. I would watch Watch the World Burn next and then Prequel after that. Then I would recommend Last Resort Reimagined (Papa Roach original song). That will give you a taste of what Ronnie and Falling in Reverse can do. Subbed for more Falling in Reverse!

So glad you are now exploring Falling In Reverse. Ronnie's music and vids are an absolute treasure trove for a therapist - childhood abandonment, drug addiction and conquering it, adhd, anxiety, ptsd, the constant battles with his own demons as well as against negativity and lies that circulate about him on social media. He lets it all out in his music. Ronnie is also a perfectionist so every song and vid is an artistic experience.

❤ this is one of several songs that actually tells an epic story. It begins with Prequel. He is the chosen one.. whether by his own choice.. or not. The world is in such decline and Ronnie gets the role of trying to wake us up before it’s too far gone. I hope someone will verify and correct me if I’m wrong but Prequel is first.. Ronald, Watch the world burn and last resort. I hope that was right. It will all make sense. ❤

You did a really good job with your interpretation of the lyrics and the video. I agree with everything and just want to add that the black liquid is a symbol for drugs in Ronnie's videos. This whole song is like a bad trip. Luckily Ronnie got out of his addiction, but he's still battling his inner demons as shown in the last scene.

Heavy Metal is probably a double entendre with being the style of Music in the video as well as a street slang for a firearm which ties back to to all the references to the killers he listed off... Ronnie is a storyteller through his music and you jumped in, in the middle of the story.....you should probably listen to the F.I.R. album "Popular Monster" in song order.

In my opinion, Ronald is a journey and a battle between the good and evil in terms of humanity. The world is not a safety place, and it isn´t because the humans. The demons aren´t exist, only the evil into the human brains and souls, the human nature represented in witchers, eagles with red eyes, robots,... Tech9 is the good (white) angel that punish the evil (Ronnie-the black angel), and he throws Ronnie to the deepest rabbit hole that exists. The demon (Alex Terrible) is the representation of the humankind, and the final fight is between the humans against their nature. There isn´t an end, because no one knows what is the results... This song and the music video is a masterpiece, and incredible jewel that FiR sent us. Thank you, band. I´m a spanish man, sorry for my terrible english xD I saw FiR live in Madrid (Spain) in 11/10/24, and it was INSANE. Unforgettable. pd: you MUST see "Popular Monster", "Watch the world burn", "Voices in my head", "Prequel" and the final dream, "Last Resort".

this is a tough song for a first song from FIR its their hardest song cuz people kept talking crap saying he couldn't do "heavy metal" so this was a middle finger to the haters... i agree with others that you should do Popular Monster and Voices in my head...... and yeah when he's not on tour he's playing games and streaming to fans on twitch (well was twitch now he's on another platform but ya get the point with the gamer sense of the video) another older / funnier song is called "Game Over" will show how much of a gamer he is, anything from Ronnie is gold, you can't go wrong with any song and they all have something to do with mental health and other issues as he's been thru lots of stuff that you were talking about, childhood, drug addiction, depression etc. etc. you name it

@TherapistReactsOfficial Yeah i can imagine so. Blind is their fist big hit and track on their first album and Daddy is the final song of the same self-entitled album. I loved Blind but didnt really appreciate Daddy until i was older and the important message it highlights even though it makes some people uncomfortable (im not a spoiler guy, so i'll keep quiet!). Anyhows, just saying that it would have been good to bring you on a journey from earlier FIR and how they have progressed throughout the years (especially with their reimagined versions/covers etc). Plus i very rarely comment on youtube, but you seem like a nice genuine dude so i hit subscribe ✌

As a therapist its good to know ronnie was abandoned early ( 6 i think by his mother who was a addict) aand so was hus dad til he became a born again Christian biker.
