The Best version of Diane Ever. Sorry for the sometimes low quality, I had it on VHS for about 13-14 years. And played it over and over again. Anyone know where this is from?

I first heard 'Diane' on MTV in the '90s and it was this exact video. Now about 30 years have passed and I love it like I did on the first day. There is no song that has accompanied me through so many years.

This gig was at the Red Box, Dublin on 18/2/97. I was there; it was a weird "fan-club members and competition winners only" gig. Broadcast on MTV & RTE (Irish TV). Andy was in a strange mood all night and didn't talk much. Dodgy were one of the support acts, maybe thats why!!

O yes.... this version i saw the first and only time at the award show of mtv i thought it was 1995 they played it. I never saw it again in my life till now. This version i always remembered it is indeed one of the most coolest versions of Diane ever.....

You can debate whether Husker Du's original is better than Therapy?'s version but there is no denying that Therapy? was significantly influenced by Husker Du. The rest is personal preference I suppose,

No, not a cover. NOT IF YOU LIVE IN BIZARRO WORLD!!! This song was written and first performed by Husker Du in 1983 and since Therapy? didn't release their version until 12 years later that DOES make this a cover version.

i personally think we do a better version. think o the version on whatever single it was. only thing would make it better is the cello. but it is dark as fuck. but, this is prob the best youtube one there is. we do a closer to husker version, but with the therapy darkness. i not tryin to compare, i LOOOOVEEE both
