This is so 90’s. Bondage and fetish aesthetic. That decade was weird as alternative music was going in different directions. I did not get sexually Active until the end of the decade but I do remember the sexual tension.. Almost like it was forbbiden. Millennials kids seems not to have that unease with sex. They seem very open to a lot of things. At least that the way I see it.
