Listened to this again the other day, and the lines “Shouting at the world you’ll never change, but it’s what’s inside you’ve got to rearrange” really hit me like a mallet to the heart. Wow…

+Vincent 79 what's UK Subs song?
@VincentRE798 жыл бұрын
+RACING CORAZON I can't exactly remember but I met the UK Subs at the time and they told me Therapy had apologised for nicking a riff. I think it might be Tomorrow's Girls or Stranglehold, check the songs out when you get time.

I go back to this video over the years. It's the funniest fucking music video I've ever seen. The video is worlds apart from the lyrics. I love the kaleidoscope effect. I love the weird zoom effect. I love how the dude just stands behind the guitarist as he's trying to play. I love his serious and goofy facial expressions thrown in together. I love how he changes his hair every two seconds to look like two different people. This is the purest gold I've ever mined.

Never knew about the video? MTV Europe used to play the shit out of it during the day back in 94... Which is weird considering even back then all they ever did was play pop, rap, hip hop and r&b garbage.

Saw them performing in La Laiterie in Strasbourg back in 1995 or 1996... one of the best concerts I've ever seen. We didn't have much room, neither the band nor the audience, but the chemistry between the artists and the rest of us was just perfect - either that or my memory paints it all pink and cozy :}

WOW! Thirteen again! I still have the vinyl of this that I got when I was 13. Local record shop in rural Georgia had this awesome guy that would hook me up with all the new punk, hardcore and metal albums. I was all about Therapy?, Pantera, Sepultura, Black Flag, Agnostic Front, Social Distortion..... God I would love for music to be that good again and for bands to have rawer sounds on albums. I never grew out of vinyl either. I was too poor for tapes and cds. Now I am too poor for vinyl. How the times have changed. lol
