I will always remember the day when I met Andy after a gig in a little place in France...I told him that I had lost my dog five weeks ago and Therapy? helped me to go through this...which is true!!! Incredible to say to someone " your music is helping me for weeks " I discovered the band when I was 16...the gig took place in January 2016...long live to Therapy? 🤘🤘🤘

I understand. I'm a survivor of childhood abuse. Still Hurts really resonates with me, as it would with anyone who has ever experienced childhood , family emotional abuse. Many people who have experienced this have lifelong scars that inhibit their ability to hold a job or make romantic connections.

there's people not thinking fondly of the AI-generated video scheme, but it's obvious that the video was *not* used as a cheap substitute but rather to be different and eye-catching, and it also fits Therapy? themselves - how they've always switched from genre to genre, always at a different approach on each album - and in this case it's the fact that they have unlocked a new music video method and style. absolutely love it!!! and then again, the video was directly put together by them but rather by a fan :-)

Just out of interest what are the other 2? i think it's the best T? album since crooked timber. 🤘
@BecauseBecause11 ай бұрын
@@paulbateman8412 for me, this and Cleave are my favourites since high anxiety! The other two were "Hifi Sean and David Mcalmont", and "Foo fighters". I will probably buy Blink 182's new album at some point, despite the auto tune in places on Mark's voice, eww lol.
@BecauseBecause11 ай бұрын
@@paulbateman8412 ps - "Joy" is in my top 5 therapy songs, whatever those might be haha, i just know it would be very high, up with screamager, church of noise and stories.
@davidknight654411 ай бұрын
Crooked Timber is a masterpiece, and the more I listen to Hard Cold Fire the better it gets. Ad Disquiet which I still listen to at least once a month and I have to ask, how the hell are T? still as creative, angry, energetic and relevant after 16 albums? They simply are the most underrated British band of the era.

Same thing ! I love song BUT not AI. This two things-music and video dont fit to each other, its machinesense of things. Maybe IF there will be song about AI- ok, its good, but to this wonderful song , no.Just listening...wait..maybe its the trick !:)

I'm actually growing tired of this AI-modified videos. First Smash Mouth, now Therapy?... It looks like a cheap way to deliver a conctractually obliged video, with a "technique" that feds up very quickly.

@skinningpit11 ай бұрын
a little bit of context, this video was done by a fan of the band, it wasn't specifically commissioned by them. I know there's a whole debate going on with AI and artists' rights etc., but let's leave Therapy? out of this.
@Feylock_Art11 ай бұрын
Not the AI... as an artist, a fan and someone in the creative industry that AI harms.. this is a really disappointing video on so many levels imo.
