Therapy?

I need feedback on therapy for anxiety, what’s yalls thoughts? Has it helped you? Also I reveal a little about my past!

Therapy as changed my life. I go once a week to maintain my anxiety. My therapist is the best. It took me 3 different therapists to find the right one for me. She is always available through texts as well. I am not the same person I was a year ago because of her. I definitely think you should give it a shot! ❤️

Thank you for sharing some of your story. You have such gorgeous hair! I'd love to know what highlights are in your hair and what you use to curl your hair. Back to your video, I have been in and out of therapy, but haven't been back in awhile because I didn't feel it helping me, personally. I've recently been feeling the best I have in 10 years since starting a new medication for my anxiety, depression, and OCD. I'm hoping to look into therapy soon to incorporate to achieve the best results. You seem so kind, and I hope you find a therapy and/or medication plan that can help you feel better. You're in my prayers, girl!!

Hey girl, i love your updates, you seem so bubbly, im so sorry to hear about all the hard things you have gone in your short life, and im so glad to hear things are far calmer now, we aprecciate calm and peace so much because we know what is like to not have it... never feel alone in this, i dont feel alone anymore because of you guys and this tiny comunity. it worked really well for me :) they took me off and put me on others but it's been giving me side effects so my cuz told me to cut it in half
