It's exactly the same in every way as my gray SCX III JLU RTR. identical only bigger. And I have no complaints with my rig, and they're not made in China. I'll wait till they come out with some different bodies. Like some Ford and Chevy trucks for this platform. Than I'll get one.👍

I am a fans of Axial but for bigger size crawler I think 1/8 is enough. And I think Axial should put more time focus on hard plastic detailed body with performance instead because that is what most people waiting for.

Great review as always you two, looking forward to the test run. This to me looks spot on like the 1:10 axial scx10.3 gladiator except I'm more of a fan of the 10.3's drivetrain.. waaaaay better. I couldnt tell if the review truck here has portal axles or not. I'd definitely give this a go if I didnt just get an scx10.3 gladiator AND.. an RC4WD trailfinder 2.. love me some scale trucks! I have an old 1/6 scale New Bright Hummer, wonder if that body would work on this, (have two rigs) Got some decals to put on a Redcat Gen 8 V2 planed on buying... Might get this instead, those decals would look great on this too (mountain scape from RC Girl). Going have to compare the two.

It strongly depends on what batteries you are using, but a common size is a 5,000mah and you should easily be able to get 20+ minutes on that. Realistically a lot more 👍😁😎⚓️

It's an awesome vehicle, love the look, but not being able to access the inside of the jeep is a fail, loads of people would love to put there GI joes and 1/6 scale action figures in a rig like this, also price is excessive.
